LCRAA LA Clerks Portal is now eClerks LA.
laclerksportal.org is now eClerksLA.com so you will only need one login and password to access the Statewide Portal Search for other information from Louisiana Parish Clerks of Court.
Important Note: If you don’t already have an account at eClerksLA.com, be sure to sign up and create your account. Any prior lackersportal account login credential will not work with eClerks.

pASSPORT PICTURES
Passport Pictures now available at the Clerk of Court’s Office. It’s now a one-stop shop.
Pictures, birth certificates, and passport applications on in-house. Pictures are $10. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
*Please Note: Birth cards can only be purchased in addition to birth certificates. This is due to the new state law. Death certificates are now being issued as well.

If you are not interested in the monthly document DocuNet Subscription which gives access to the Acadia Parish Clerk of Court’s Office, but have a need for deed information, The Acadia Parish Clerk of Court, Robert T. “Robby” Barousse, and Acadia Parish Assessor, James “Jimbo” Petitjean, have joint ventured and released public deed information pertaining to properties within Acadia Parish Louisiana. Any document that has been recorded and tied to the property assessment within the Assessor’s Office and also having been scanned is now available for on-line purchase. This includes any scanned deeds and plats. There is a tutorial when the Assessor’s website has been launched on how to use this powerful and user-friendly tool.
